Army Training Management System (ATMS), formerly DTMS
The U.S. Army licenses a customized version of nFocus’ Student Management
Server to create the Army Training Management System (ATMS), which helps
commanders and trainers better track and manage individual and unit training.
ATMS currently supports the training of more than two million soldiers,
contractors, and Department of the Army civilians.

Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) Development Tool
The U.S. Army licenses a custom version of nFocus’ TraxSolutions as the
underlying software for the CATS Development Tool. The CATS Development
Tool is used by the Army to generate task-based and event-driven strategies to
support the development of Unit Training Plans. The CATS capability is
embedded with DTMS/ATMS and is also available via the Army Training
Network (ATN).

nFocus was awarded the Army Training Management System enhancements
contract for the Combined Arms Center in Fort Leavenworth, Kan. These
enhancements will further the U.S. Army’s ability to plan, prepare, resource, and
manage training for Army units and individual soldiers.

Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT)
The IEWTPT provides warfighting commanders at all echelons with the ability to
train with Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) products based
on realistic ISR assets, people, and processes. nFocus provided General
Dynamics C4 Systems with instructional design and interactive courseware
development support for the IEWTPT program.

Unit Individual Training Module
nFocus developed a fully integrated, web-based portalfor the U.S. Army to
decentralize trainingrecords and make the processof identifying, assigning, and
managing training for soldiers more accessible and efficient. Known as the Unit
Individual Training Module (UITM), the product also provides the U.S. Army with
a single source to locate training resources and ensure training records are
accurate.
