Army Training Management System (ATMS), formerly DTMS
The U.S. Army licenses a customized version of nFocus’ Student Management
Server to create the Army Training Management System (ATMS), which helps
commanders and trainers better track and manage individual and unit training.
ATMS currently supports the training of more than two million soldiers,
contractors, and Department of the Army civilians.

Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) Development Tool
The U.S. Army licenses a custom version of nFocus’ TraxSolutions as the
underlying software for the CATS Development Tool. The CATS Development
Tool is used by the Army to generate task-based and event-driven strategies to
support the development of Unit Training Plans. The CATS capability is
embedded with DTMS/ATMS and is also available via the Army Training
Network (ATN).

nFocus was awarded the Army Training Management System enhancements
contract for the Combined Arms Center in Fort Leavenworth, Kan. These
enhancements will further the U.S. Army’s ability to plan, prepare, resource, and
manage training for Army units and individual soldiers.

Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT)
The IEWTPT provides warfighting commanders at all echelons with the ability to
train with Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) products based
on realistic ISR assets, people, and processes. nFocus provided General
Dynamics C4 Systems with instructional design and interactive courseware
development support for the IEWTPT program.

Unit Individual Training Module
nFocus developed a fully integrated, web-based portalfor the U.S. Army to
decentralize trainingrecords and make the processof identifying, assigning, and
managing training for soldiers more accessible and efficient. Known as the Unit
Individual Training Module (UITM), the product also provides the U.S. Army with
a single source to locate training resources and ensure training records are
accurate.

A recent merger of two larger organizations resulted in what is now Boys & Girls
Clubs of the Valley. The largest childcare provider in the greater Phoenix Area,
Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley empowers kids and families by providing high
quality and affordable programs including summer camps, after school
enrichment activities, and more. To ensure they are achieving their high-quality
impact standards, the use Participant Management, SurveyTrax and Online
Registration to manage the data and measure their outcomes.

New York City, NY
The National Association of Police Athletic/Activities Leagues, Inc. (PAL) and its
member chapters work to prevent juvenile crime and violence by building bonds
between police officers and youth. The New York City PAL, one of the parent
organization’s largest chapters with 21 individual sites. uses nFocus’ Participant
Management and MoneyTrax software to manage its member database, track
attendance and dosage data, manage fees for programs and services and track
payment transaction histories.

Trellis Society, formerly Aspen Family and Community Networks, support
sustainable lives in the greater Calgary, Canada area. The organization delivers
innovative and evolving data-driven programs and services for families, youth,
and communities. The data collected from TraxSolutions® is vital to the
organization’s operations, supporting better decisions by identifying where its
services are needed the most, and measuring impact.

The City of Cambridge is home to more than 100,000 residents. The City is
widely known for prestigious organizations such as Harvard University and
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, among others. Inclusive city programs
for youth, adults, and seniors are widely offered across thirty-seven locations to
the surrounding community and feature one of the most premier preschool
programs offered in America. To ensure success, the City sought support from
TraxSolutions® and its Online Registration software to offer a simple solution for
citizens to self-register and pay for programs.
