Driving Training Intelligence

nFocus Solutions is the “technology backbone” of the U.S. Army’s Unit Training Management System. Because the U.S. Army is a large and complex organization that is required to maintain a high state of mission readiness at all times, we deliver an advanced software solution that accurately monitors and assesses the performance of each individual Soldier, as well as entire operational units in real-time.

Because our technology is powerful and scalable, we are able to streamline the entire training process and increase operational efficiencies, allowing mission commanders to quickly determine which Soldiers and/or units are the best-prepared for any given mission scenario.

The relationship we have established with our government was borne out of the experience we gained from managing and analyzing large volumes of longitudinal data both horizontally and vertically for our larger, nonprofit and community-based clients. In addition, our software solutions have been instrumental in significantly reducing training costs for the U.S. Army.

Capabilities/Offerings

Our firm specializes in products and services that help the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) better address their training and education requirements and accomplish their missions.  In addition to our proven software products, we offer a wide range of professional services including business, system and military analysis; design, development and support of Enterprise software, simulations, and training; and a variety of Information Technology Support services.  nFocus Solutions is dedicated to solving the needs of our customers.

Contract Vehicles

We are the Prime Contract holder of the Combined Arms Center (CAC) Omnibus; the Digital Training Management System (DTMS); the Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS); the National Simulation Center and Joint National Training Center Support Contract (NSCJNTCS); and for Mission Focused Integrated Training (MFIT).

  • We see key areas for collaboration with nFocus Solutions for what General Dynamics is doing with the DoD.  The battlefield is fast becoming a digital environment, so meeting warfighters' needs requires a combination of enterprise-level tracking and management software and tactical-level, embedded training and logistics software to ensure mission readiness.
