Organizations recognize this certification because it represents a noticeable increase in user competence and productivity. TraxSolutions Certification is for anyone who uses the software on a regular basis.

PLEASE NOTE: All OMT, Surveys, Scanning, Reports, and Quality Assurance training times are in Central time (CST). DC Trust trainings are in Eastern time.

Available trainings for all clients:
 

  • OMT 3.0 – overview of the Outcome Measurement Toolkit (available to all clients)
  • OMT - Researchers and Evaluators (advanced) – in depth training on the Outcome Measurement Toolkit (please take the OMT 3.0 before registering for this training)
  • Surveys – overview of the TraxSolutions Survey Manager (available for all clients)
  • Scanning (advanced) – overview of attendance tracking (available for all clients)
  • Quality Assurance (advanced) – overview of participant management, including data entry and Member Manager. Also covers ensuring data quality within the database. (available for all clients)
  • Reports – overview of reports (available for all clients) and the new Report Center

  • DC Trust – trainings for agencies funded by the Children & Youth Investment Trust Corporation (exclusive)
  • - DC Trust 1: TraxSolutions and Grant Management data entry
  • - DC Trust 2: Tracking attendance, programs, and reports
