To highlight collaborative achievements, efforts and challenges in the communities we serve, nFocus Solutions is the creator and lead sponsor of the annual Communities for Change Symposium. Participants share insights, develop best practices and work toward elevating the conversation on community collaboration to address our nation’s education crisis.
According to America’s Promise Alliance, “a student drops out of high school every 27 seconds.” This trend, combined with the alarming rate of high school dropouts that end up incarcerated, living below the poverty line and requiring government subsistence, is having a detrimental effect upon our country in its ability to remain a global leader. We are working feverishly to reverse this trend, and it starts with rebuilding and strengthening the very fabric of our country…our communities.
