With TraxSolutions Community, you can access the effectiveness of your extracurricular educational services on a program-wide or individual student basis using community and student tracking software. The data management system saves time and money and gives you the power to:

Jefferson County Public Schools in

Louisville, Kentucky

In 2001 JCPS successfully enlisted the aid of local after-school programs improving students' academic performance. nFocus Software and JCPS worked to create a system enabling after-school program administrators to electronically access student grades and other key school records. Early results indicated positive impact on student achievement.

Based on statistics from all six Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs linked to the system, time and attendance tracking software demonstrated that regular participants in the clubs' after-school activities have an average of 96.6% school attendance record - 4 to 7 points above other students attending those feeder schools.

Both parties benefit. Schools use the data for academic analysis and the youth centers use the student records to match attendees to their academic activities.
